These terms and conditions apply to all orders received by PNNZ Ltd. By placing the order for goods customers are deemed to accept the terms and conditions of sale. Please note that these terms and conditions may be updated without notice, so the customer should re-read them before each time you order the product.

Price:

• The price for any goods stated by PNNZ Ltd online is inclusive of GST.
• Prices displayed on the PNNZ Ltd site are subject to change without notice.
• Prices for items on an order are fixed once your order has been accepted.
• Subsequent price changes either up or down will not be retroactively applied to accepted orders.
• The purchase price is for goods supplied and packed and is inclusive of freight.
  
• Purchase prices are given in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
• The purchase amount in US dollars is converted to NZ dollars at the current exchange rate at the time of the purchase.  

Payment:

• Payment will only be accepted by Credit Card or PayPal online.
  
• PNNZ Ltd online accepts the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
• Orders will be processed only after receiving proof of payment into the bank account of PNNZ Ltd.
• Customers are required to pay in full in advance for their goods prior to their order being shipped.

Orders:

• Though PNNZ Ltd will endeavour to supply orders placed and accepted on this website, order placement and acceptance do not constitute an obligation on PNNZ Ltd website to supply. PNNZ Ltd's obligations will be limited to protection provided by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. PNNZ Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order without notice.

Warranty:

• In accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, should the products fail to comply with any guarantee in the Consumer Guarantees Act, PNNZ Ltd will replace these products.
• Any damaged  or faulty products will be replaced at the discretion of PNNZ Ltd. Where replacement of damaged or faulty products is not possible, a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged or faulty products.
  

Returns:

Products purchased on this website can be returned subject to the following conditions.

• Products damaged prior to delivery.
• Products with manufacturing faults.
• Products incorrectly supplied by PNNZ Ltd.
• Products that vary from their description on the PNNZ Ltd website.

 

Delivery:

• All prices quoted on our website include freight.
• The customer must inspect the products immediately upon delivery and in all cases must inform PNNZ Ltd within 7 (seven) days regarding any damaged or faulty goods.
  

Delivery Charges:

Delivery on all orders is FREE

All information in this website is provided to our best ability. However Customers are at all times responsible for selecting the product(s) they require.
