I am a born and bred New Zealander who trained as a Physiotherapist in Auckland before travelling overseas to complete my Master of Science degree at the University of Alberta in Canada. After living and working in London for two years, I returned to New Zealand and opened Newmarket Physiotherapy and Sports Clinic which I have been running ever since. I have been lucky enough to be able to combine my career and love of sport by working with the Auckland Cricket Team and the Auckland Rugby Union, as well as a number of other sports teams.

I am passionate about sport, exercise, nutrition, good health and well-being. I feel that deep down inside we all have a strong desire to look and feel our very best. Exercising regularly, eating well, and working towards achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is important to millions of people around the world.

With this in mind, I am very proud that I have been able to help develop and produce Pure New Zealand Deer Velvet Spray.
